IdeaFisher» is a patented database (US Patent #5,153,830) of associations, tied to "modules" that plug into the main program to help you greatly expand your brainstorming power.
Using it is simple: Once the program is launched, a screen asks you whether you want to start your brainstorming session with questions (called the Q-bank») or whether you want to start by entering a word (Ideabank»).
If you've started with the Q-Bank, your answers to IdeaFisher's questions and prompts are collected on an electronic notepad, providing you a systematic stream of your answers that, in the end, becomes your document.
At any time in the process you can switch to the Ideabank» and type in a word, sending you on a fast journey through thousands of associative words, phrases and thoughts that spur you to create ever greater answers and thoughts relative to your Q-Bank dialogue.
We've purposefully simplified the user interface so as not to distract from your objective: to create new and better ideas; to write more effectively; to solve your problems in record time, with better solutions than you may have been capable without the new associations to trigger bigger and better "a-ha!" moments.
